不能从主机copy文件到客户机

出现以下错误
Cannot scan local directory.You may not have permission to the operation. Aborting the file copy operation.
还有一个问题是,我用的6.004573版本.
我用英文版就可以安装vm tools ,
汉化之后就不能安装vm tools了。
但在英文版先安装好vm tools再汉化就没有问题了。
