我在用桥接的方式想将虚拟机加入局域网的时候，总是连不上。后来才发现是虚拟机的网卡的MAC地址别改成和HOST主机的实体网卡的MAC地址一样了。改成“不存在”后就没问题了。
问题是 我自己又没去改过虚拟机的虚拟网卡的MAC地址。它为什么会自己变得和实体主机一样呢？？？
请高人指点。。

usually, once you installed the vmware virtual machine, the virtual machine NIC mac address will be different from the real NIC, but if you got the error you mentioed above. you can follow this steps:

>find out the file located in the virtual system folder,

>then find the file with file extension ".vmx"

>then open it with notepad, modify this content:


uuid.location = "56 4d b9 d5 e3 11 db c6-e3 25 6e 10 c5 75 dc d7"
uuid.bios = "56 4d b9 d5 e3 11 db c6-e3 25 6e 10 c5 88 88 88"
ethernet0.generatedAddress = "00:0c:29:88:88:88"

seems you just can modify the last six digits from that file. I change it to be 88 88 88. it works fine. please give it a try. let me know if you have any question.

please keep in mind once you modify your vmx file....when you start your virtual machine, will get a prompt like this:

The location of this virtual machine's configuration file has changed since it was last powered on.
If the virtual machine has been copied, you should create a new unique identifier (UUID).  If it has been moved, you should keep its old identifier.
If you are not sure, create a new identifier

那我试着解释一下啦。
找到你虚拟机系统所在的文件夹，找到文件“.vmx”用记事本打开编辑最下面几行：

uuid.location = "56 4d b9 d5 e3 11 db c6-e3 25 6e 10 c5 75 dc d7"
uuid.bios = "56 4d b9 d5 e3 11 db c6-e3 25 6e 10 c5 88 88 88"
ethernet0.generatedAddress = "00:0c:29:88:88:88"
似乎只能改后面6位数字

但是要记得当你修改保存后下次打开虚拟机，会得到提示，选择keep即用你更改过的这个就行了。
