VM 6.5特殊问题

无法启动vmware
刚刚在网上下载了个英文安装版的,
VMware-workstation-e.x.p-84113.exe 428MB
安装完重新启动系统
点击启动VMware的时候
显示:
VMware workstation error
VMware workstation unrecover able error(vmui)
NOT_IMPLEMENTED d:\build\ob\bora-84113\bora\lib\public\unicodeBase,h:281
A core file is available in "C:\Documents and Settings\Adminstrator\Application Data\VMware\vmware-256.dmp(每次重新启动VM的时候,这个数字是不同的).", please request support and include the contents of the core file.
to collect data to submit to Vmware support, select Help > About and click "Collect Support Data", you can also run the "vm-support"script in the Workstation folder directly.

不知道问题出在哪里?在线等教了..
我有情况比较特殊,有些版本可以装有些版本装不上,比如红帽企业版5或是ubuntu 8,但debian和redhat Enterprist 4没问题,bsd都没问题,我就郁闷了,希望有明白的告诉我,还有,我之在把vm gsx 3.2卸载后装的workstation 6.5,十分不爽中
