岗位职责：
在首席架构师的指导下，完成项目的架构设计编写，负责项目的详细设计，并带领程序员完成代码的编写和单元测试。
Writing the system architecture design under the guidance of enterprise chief architect, complete the system detail design document, and lead the developers to finish the coding and unit test.
作为一个具有丰富经验的程序员，需要提高并保证代码的质量。
As an experienced developer with in-depth technical knowledge of the language, you will play an important role in increasing and guarding the transparency, maintainability and efficiency of the code.
为项目评估和规划提供支持
Support project estimation and planning
有需要时替补其他团队成员的工作。
Backup team members’ activities when needed

任职资格的具体描述：
5年以上手机软件开发
Minimum 5 years experience in mobile phone application development
具有手机导航或浏览器开发经验者优先。
Experience in mobile navigation or web browser will be a plus.
精通主流平台手机应用软件开发，需至少2年以上iOS应用开发经验。
Familiar with mobile phone software development, the candidate shall have minimum of 2 years’ experience in iOS application development.
精通主流手机平台编程语言Object C, C++, C#, 熟悉Mac OS X，Xcode，和iPhone SDK开发环境。
Familiar with Object C or C++, C#, Mac OS X, Xcode, and iPhone SDK.
精通手机UI/UE设计，socket编程，本地数据存储(SQLite)及XML技术，熟悉Web Services原理。
Familiar with mobile phone UI/UE design, socket programming, SQLite, XML and Web Service.
需具有大型系统集成的项目经验。
Experience of integration with back-end system.
具有使用瀑布式、进化式以及螺旋式软件开发模型交付软件的能力
Proven ability to deliver software using waterfall, evolutionary, and spiral software development lifecycles

优先考虑:
具有车载信息系统开发与集成的经验
Experience in telematics application development & integration
具有Windows Mobile或者Symbian或者BlackBerry开发经验
Experience in Windows Mobile, Symbian or BlackBerrydevelopment.
具有UI、UE设计经验
Experience in UI/UE design.
具有CMMI 3级以上认证的组织中从事软件开发的经验。
Experience delivering projects in the organization with minimum of CMMI level 3 certification.
