Duties
-Work with developers on the initial design of assigned features
-Develop test plans for assigned features from functional specs
-Execute manual test cases and perform automation testing by using tools from development team / or QE team
-Revise test plan and procedures to be in step with customer expectations
-Investigate reported problems and defects to enable developers to easily reproduce and fix
-Customer issue reproduction and verification
-Develop a good understanding of how our products are used by our customers

Qualifications
-Solid knowledge of networking TCP/IP, project experience or academic research experience on protocols such as http, EAP, whatsoever, etc
-5+ years QA experience in data networking industry or equivalent academic qualifications
-Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
-Familiar with software testing process, good at test case writing and result reporting
-Familiar with bug tracking systems and understand bug life cycle
-Excellent English skills, both in written and reading
-System engineering experience in field is a plus
-Automation Tools development experience is a plus
