【东方瑞通】利用SharePoint中的BDC服务，连接并展示外部业务数据
SharePoint Server 2013中的BDC（Business Data Connectivity Service）服务，为企业提供了连接外部数据的功能。企业通过SharePoint企业门户，对第三方系统业务数据进行直接操作。例如：添加、修改、删除等一系列操作。下面我们来看一下，如何配置外部业务数据的连接与展示。1、在SharePoint管理中心中，启动BDC服务。

2、确认数据库系统中，需要连接的第三方业务数据。

3、使用SharePoint Designer 2013连接SharePoint站点，并打开“外部内容类型”选项，单击“外部内容类型”。

4、填写外部内容类型“名称”，随后单击“外部内容类型操作”窗口中的“单击此处发现外部数据并定义操作”。

5、单击“添加连接”

6、选择“SQL Server”

7、填写“数据库服务器”和“数据库名称”，完成数据库连接配置。

8、右键单击要连接的数据表，选择“创建所有操作“。

9、选择相应数据字段，勾选定义为“标识符“，单击“完成”。

10、单击保存，完成外部内容类型的添加。

11、访问SharePoint管理中心，进入“管理服务应用程序”，单击“Business Data Connectivity Service“。

12、访问SharePoint站点，添加“外部数据”应用程序，并绑定创建好的“外部内容类型”，即可通过SharePoint平台访问该第三方业务数据。

13、若遇到如下报错信息，请添加访问者对外部内容类型的访问权限。
