为什么选D，而E不能选呢。

我看到Cisco网上对ip wccp {web-cache | service-number} redirect {in | out}
这条命令中service-number是这么解释的

service-numberIdentification number of the cache engine service group controlled by a router; valid values are from 0 to 254.If Cisco cache engines are used in the cache cluster, the reverse proxy service is indicated by a value of 99.
看了半天没看懂，这个service-number到底是啥
