悲剧再次发生！！一名考生参加带重考的CCNA 802e考试成绩被取消并禁考！！

在这里，必须先说一下什么是802e的考试，802e是包含重考机会的CCNA的考试，是cisco给内部学员的优惠，有一个重要的前提就是：学员之前必须在cisco有档案。如果没有档案的话，那就是违反了思科的考试协议，思科考试协议第六条明确规定：未经思科授权而通过其他非常规途径参加考试，即作为违反思科考试协议。

网上很多带重考报名的考试都是用此种方式，一旦被查出来，成绩被取消，并且禁考。请大家拒绝802e，珍惜自己的考试机会。

The purpose of Cisco career certifications is to ensure high standards of technical expertise. Achieving a Cisco certification—at any level—means joining the ranks of skilled network professionals who have earned recognition and respect in the industry. Maintaining the integrity of Cisco certification programs and ensuring that only qualified individuals receive certification is in everyone’s best interest.

We have identified irregularities in your registration(s) and/or exam administration(s) which, along with other factors, suggest a compromise of testing integrity. The Cisco Certifications and Confidentiality Agreement (located at www.cisco.com/go/certagreement) address compromises in testing integrity and provide for the revocation of any certification obtained under such circumstances:

3.2 Certification Revocation. Cisco may at its sole discretion revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned, and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications, under any of the following circumstances:

·       If you fail to comply with any continuing education or recertification requirements;

·       If you threaten to harm, bully or repeatedly harass any Cisco or Testing Delivery Partner employee or contractor for any reason or no reason (whether verbally or in writing, including through electronic communications or external web postings);

·       If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or

·       If Cisco determines, in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 4.2, that you have undertaken or participated in exam misconduct; or

·       If you commit Service Abuse as defined in Section 4.1 below; or

·       If you have been convicted of a crime that Cisco deems in its sole discretion that its reputation, goodwill or security may be adversely affected by you remaining in the Program(s); or

·       If you have lost or settled a civil case in which Cisco is the plaintiff and the claim arose from any alleged damage to Cisco, its brand, goodwill or reputation.

Before exercising the rights provided under the Agreement and revoking the score(s) you obtained for the Cisco certification exam(s) referenced above, and any Cisco certifications earned as a result of such scores, you are being offered an opportunity to appeal this determination or retest by December 16, 2011 subject to the terms below. During this 30-day period, you may not take any other Cisco Certification test, except for the retest as described below, without receiving prior written approval. This rule applies to candidates who elect to retest, in response to Pearson VUE’s request. Any unauthorized test taken during this time will be subject to score revocation and any registration fee will not be reimbursed.  Please note that it is Cisco’s discretion to change the program (including exam offerings and policies) without cause or notice and changes will or may have occurred from the date of this letter.

Instructions:

(1)       Appeal Option

You may appeal by submitting information you consider to be relevant to the concerns raised about the validity of your Cisco test results.

Any appeal must be submitted no later than December 16, 2011.  The appeal must be in writing and sent to Pearson VUE Test Security at the address below.  In submitting your appeal, it is recommended that the following information be included:

·       A photocopy of the ID(s) presented at the test center on the above referenced date(s).

·       Your current address and other contact information.

·       Your address and other contact information from the date(s) of testing referenced above.

·       Any documentation that provides evidence of your residence in, or visit to, the location of the test center on the date(s) of testing referenced below. Suitable documents may include, but are not limited to, copies of any of the following: utility bills or receipts, receipts for accommodation, transportation, dining or other expenses incurred on those dates, visa or border control stamps in your passport, a travel itinerary issued by a travel agent or online booking service, or any other supporting document that can be independently verified.

·       Any other information you wish to provide pertaining to the conduct of the exam(s) referenced below, or pertaining to the conduct of any other individual or organization in relation to the integrity of the testing process, whether specific to your exam(s) or in general.

In any appeal, the sole issue to be decided will be whether there is a good faith reason to question the validity of your test results. Pearson VUE, together with Cisco, will make every effort to review and respond to your appeal within 30 days of its receipt of your response, after which we will communicate the decision, which is final and binding. If your appeal is denied, your access to the Cisco Certifications Tracking System will be permanently disabled and you will be prohibited from registering to test for Cisco exams with Pearson VUE.

(2)    Retesting Option

You may retest the exam(s) referenced above, subject to the following requirements:

You must schedule and take each exam once and only once. The exam(s) must be scheduled and taken at one of the Pearson VUE test centers posted here www.pearsonvue.com/2009/cisco/india_test_centers.pdf  without exception.

1.    The retesting must be completed by December 16, 2011.

2.    You must pass the exam(s) without exception.

3.    You are responsible for paying the exam fee upon scheduling, but you will receive a full refund after taking the exam. If you do not appear for the exam and/or are documented as a No Show, you will not receive a refund.

4.    You will not be permitted to take any other Cisco exams during this 30-day period.

         Retesting on Retired Exams

1. Acceptable exam replacements for retired exams are noted on the Certifications Exam Webpage located on this link: http://www.cisco.com/web/learnin ... ion_exams_list.html

         2.  New exams that have replaced retired exams may qualify for recertification.

If you choose to take advantage of this opportunity and you meet all of the above requirements, and no further discrepancies or irregularities regarding test integrity are identified, your original score(s) and related certification(s) will remain intact, any prior restrictions will be lifted, and you will receive a refund of the exam fee.

However, if you altogether fail to respond to this notification, your certification status will be indefinitely suspended 30-days after the date of this mailing.

If you choose to retest but you do not fully meet all of the above requirements, (1) your score(s) and related certification(s) will be revoked; (2) your access to the Cisco Certifications Tracking System will be permanently disabled; and (3) you will be permanently banned from registering to test for Cisco exams with Pearson VUE.  If you fail the retest, you will still receive a refund of the exam fee.
